2012 Men's Match Play Championship
Eligibility: Open to any golfer looking to compete and test their golfing skills.
All players must PAY THEIR FEE and include a valid phone number where
they can be reached when signing up.
You must have a valid handicap to play in the Net Division.
No handicap required to play in the Gross Division.
Entry Fee: $25.00 Entry Fee per person.
Please indicate which division you would like to compete in.
Each player is responsible for their own green fee and/or cart fee during their match.
Deadline: Sign-up deadline is Tuesday, May 1st, 2012.
Handicap Revision Date will be Tuesday, May 1st, 2012 for ALL MATCHES.
Brackets will be posted on Wednesday, May 2nd, 2012.
TWO DIVISIONS: Scratch and Net Divisions
Each player is guaranteed 2 competitive matches.
All golfers that do not win their first round match will be automatically
entered into the consolation bracket in their respective division.
Scratch Division will play ALL MATCHES from the BLUE TEES.
Net Division will play ALL MATCHES from the WHITE TEES.
Championship Round 1
(Scratch and Net) Matches must be completed by
Sunday, May 13th.
Championship Round 2 and Consolation Round 1
(Scratch and Net) Matches and Consolation (Scratch and Net) Matches must be completed by
Sunday, May 27th.
Championship Round 3 and Consolation Round 2
(Scratch and Net) Matches and Consolation (Scratch and Net) Matches must be completed by
Sunday, June 10th.
Championship Round 4 and Consolation Round 3
(Scratch and Net) Matches and Consolation (Scratch and Net) Matches must be completed by
Sunday, June 24th.
All matches not completed by the DEADLINE DATE will be determined by a coin-flip
in the Golf Shop done by the Golf Committee (NO EXCEPTIONS).
If you are able to play a match and your opponent is not,
please notify the Golf Shop and we will forfeit his match.
